Refund Policy

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all customers.
If you wish to return an unopened and unused item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
     

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. Upon confirmation, we will:

  • Offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Cover return shipping costs, if applicable.



How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To request a return or report a defective item, please contact our customer service team with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
